Terms and Conditions
1.Terms of Payment are: £50 per car deposit at time of booking, balance payable minimum 4 weeks in advance of event. Failure to pay the balance by this time, will invoke cancellation of booking.
2.Deposit is non-refundable except when this is due to unavailability of the car, (our Supercars are not normal road cars and as such are temperamental works of art), or where the car is unavailable due to extreme and inclement weather.
3.Any cancellation by you within 4 weeks of the event, the full payment is non-refundable, unless another booking can fulfil the date.
4.If you choose to pay by instalments, any such payments are refundable to you up to 4 weeks before the event, should you decide to cancel and fully refundable if we cancel.
5.Where the car suffers a failure resulting in us been unable to provide a service for your wedding event, we will endeavour to assist you in sourcing a replacement car from us if available, and/or will refund you.
6.In the case of extreme/inclement weather all decisions will be assessed by Supercar Weddings staff, based on our evaluation of driving conditions and the knowledge of the car's capabilities. Safety of passengers is considered paramount.
7.Ribbons and other external decorations will not be fitted on occurrence of wet weather or journeys in excess of 5 miles, as this leads to paint damage to the car.
8.Every effort will be made by Supercar Weddings to ensure that our vehicle arrives on time. Whilst Supercar Weddings do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
9.The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
10.Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to working order.
11.By supplying your email address you permit Supercar Weddings to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
12.If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged.
13.Supercar Weddings Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
14.Supercar Weddings vehicle is fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Supercar Weddings shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
15.All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult passenger, due to Child Protection Legislation.
16.Children under the age of 3 are not permitted to travel due to the requirement for fitting appropriate child seats which are unlikely to fit our vehicles. Small children (aged 3-12) may be carried in appropriate child seats if they fit the vehicle, subject to clause 15 above. Provision of such child seats is the responsibility of the hirer, and they are responsible for any damage incurred due to fitting as per clause 10 above. We reserve the right to refuse carriage if we believe the car seat will not fit or will damage the car.
17.Supercar Weddings will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle to the customer.
18.Supercar Weddings chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
19.Supercar Weddings maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
20.Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client's statutory rights.

Why don’t we do Proms ?
- Carrying of children under the age of 18 would require our drivers to take Criminal Record Checks.
- Under the 2005 Road Traffic Act, usage for non-weddings or funerals is restricted to licensed private hire vehicles only.
Please ensure that any company you use for Proms is licensed with the local council and CRB checked.
